Anthony Scrivanich

Anthony is the Managing Director of Hudson Dene. He has over 30 years of corporate, partnership and international tax experience. Prior to Hudson Dene, Anthony was the Tax Director of US Tax Compliance at Mourant Fund Services and previously held management tax positions with JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Price Waterhouse & Co. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Masters Degree in Taxation and Finance.

Tony Parmar

Tony is a Director of Hudson Dene. He has over fifteen years experience in taxation of partnerships and private equity. Prior to Hudson Dene, Tony was an associate director of US Tax Services at State Street Alternative Investment Group and previously worked at Goldman Sachs, BISYS Private Equity and RSM McGladrey. He is a Certified Public Accountant and earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Waterloo and Masters Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
